Hye Sook Lim wins Katameya Dunes Ladies Open……

Hye Sook Lim (Mirage City) will be the first name engraved on the perpetual Ladies Open trophy at Katameya Dunes. Lim, a regular winner on the ladies circuit of opens in  Cairo, scored two rounds of 84 and 78 for a tournament winning 162 total. 27 ladies competed over 36 holes in 3 separate categories, two stableford and one strokeplay category. The event was played over 2 days, Tuesday 24th April and Wednesday 2nd May 2012. The event had additional interest as it is the first Ladies Open at the Club. At the Prize giving presentation General Manager, Gerard Bent, firstly congratulated all the club house and outside operation team members for their efforts in making an outstanding first Ladies Open at the club.

Prize were presented by Club Manager, Ahmed El Naggar. The event was also supported by Intercontinental Hotels and The Dusit Thani Hotel, both properties providing dinner vouchers at award winning restaurants within the supporting hotel. The club thanked both at the prize presentation with a number of ladies winning such vouchers for the leading places.”
